You're welcome. Probably the problem is on the server side. Here are the steps to add the bypass route: edit VPN profile tap on IPv4 routes tap on "+" button set "Destination" to 15.197.239.251/32 select "Exclude" tap on "OK" button save the changes

Perhaps the problem is due to the size of the sent and/or received packets.
You can try change the "Set tunnel MTU" option.
However, to exclude a website you can enter an exclude route for its IP address

Maybe the remote server is disabled.
Please, try to edit the remote server, select "Enabled" option and save the changes

the permission to use the VpnService is granted to only one app at a time.
When another app gets permission for the VpnService the previous app's permission is revoked and causes this error.
Please, check installed apps...

this option can be selected on only one VPN profile.
Most likely you have already selected it on another VPN profile.

I have to fix my IPv4 address and subnet in the settings because DHCP is timeouting during connection. With the IP fixed, I can connect and then immediately connect to a HTTP server under the VPN. But after a few minutes Chrome loses ability to connect, reporting timeouts. A reconnection of the VPN...
