SSTP VPN Cant connect with new phone

One other question.
When I log in I get a warning.
"WARNING server certificate CN 'example.com' doesn't match hostname 'vpn.example.com'
Is there anything I can do about this apart from have a certificate just for the VPN? Or shall I just ignore it?

The mismatch between the host name and the certificate's CN could happen for a men-in-the-middle attack, so the app show this warning.
Anyway, in your case this happen because the certificate assigned to the server has been created with the CN set to the domain name, so you can simply ignore this warning.
