No NAT-traversal support?

Hi

I am using VPN Client Pro to connect to my Softether VPN Server at home. My home network is behind two NAT routers, and the speedlink 724 router for connecting to the ISP cannot portforwarding correctly. (It has the option, but it doesnt work). I even tested OpenVPN and it doesnt connect. I have set the second router as exposed host for testing, so the problem really is the speedlink router.

On iOS i found a SSTP VPN client with NAT-Traversal function and it works perfect. I wonder if VPN Client Pro can add this feature or someone can give me a hint how to use a similar feature on this client.

Greetings

Hello,
NAT traversal is a feature of the IPSec protocol and has nothing to do with the SSTP protocol.
The SSTP protocol uses a simple TCP connection and therefore does not provide features of this type.
The problem needs to be solved on the router
