Hi, I am subscribed to your software with an open VPN lifetime license. It runs great on my Motorola Moto e, but when I try to run it on my old Motorola XT830C, it stops almost immediately with the message "Unfortunately, VPN client pro has stopped".

I did manage to download a version which will run on this device, version 1.00.32, but it will not use my configuration. It says unsupported cipher chacha20-poly1305.

Here is some information on the XT-830C that you may find helpful:

Sorry if that's a bit long winded, but I wanted to give you all the info I had. Oh, it also says 337MB memory available.

I realized this is a very old phone, I don't expect to go out of your way to get it working, but if you know what the problem is and have a solution I would appreciate it. If not, what are the most recent ciphers I can use with version 1.0.32? Or can you give me some other, more up to date perhaps, older version which will run on this phone? I need tap mode on this phone, it helps a sip app work easily trough routers & firewalls.

Thank you
Ed

Hello,
sorry for the delay.
Probably the problem was due to the incompatibility of the CPU with some low-level instructions.
The new version 1.01.18 which should improve compatibility with older arm CPUs will be available soon...
