Hey! Need some help. Is it possible to publish VPN Client Pro on rustore.ru in order to give Russian users ability to buy the app?
Purchases on google store are temporarily forbidden

I am sorry but it is not possible because of the sanctions imposed on Russia due to the barbaric and unjustified invasion and occupation of Ukraine.
