sorry but android does not allow sharing VPN with hostspot

But maybe add some feature for running proxy for it. Or something else

It can be done - if you have a rooted device:

Hi guys,

I used Every Proxy app (even without PAC server, with manual IP assignments) for VPN sharing purpose. Not ideal, but I found no alternative.
