AmneziaWG support

Hello! There is (relatively) new censorship-resistant fork of WG called AmneziaWG: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amnezia_VPN

Essentially it's just wireguard with some junk generation.

It has both kernel and userspace version (golang one: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-go)

Configs are similar except there is few more lines related to censorship bypass (so different QR codes) and new format in form of vpn://hashed_config.

Wonder if it can be implemented?
