VPN On-Demand Auto-Deactivation possible?

Post by HQOFIQ »

Hi, thanks for a great app, I was a subscriber for a few years now bought the app lifetime license ...
There is only one thing that I cannot figure out using the "On-Demand VPN" function:
Is there a way to deactivate the VPN connection if the specified "on-demand" App is closed?
Because the VPN function for deactivation if the vpn is not used for x time is not really doing the trick: I might use the internet but i just need the vpn for certain apps (hence "on-demand") and if those specified apps are not active/open the vpn is not needed and should shut down by itself ...
Hope you get what I am trying to ask? :D
Cheers

Hello,

thanks for the suggestion.
It would certainly be helpful, but unfortunately Android doesn't seem to offer an API that indicates when an app is opened or closed.
