Purchase a license without a Google account?

Hello,

I need to connect my android smartphone to an OpenVPN server via tap device.
I have installed VPN Client Pro, but now I have problems to purchase a legal licence, cause my phone does not have a Google account.

Is there any legal way to buy a licence without Google account?
(bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, alternative AppStore or what ever. Anything would be fine with me.)

Sorry, but licenses can only be purchased through Google Play.
