missing option for openvpn 2.70

hi,

when you set openvpn client to 2.70, static key can be configured, but it will only be functional when the "allow-deprecated-insecure-static-crypto" option is set.
this option is not available under "advanced options" - and possibly not set automagically - so v2.70 and static key is not a valid combination anymore.

The issue has been resolved in the new release 1.02.34.
For security reasons, I preferred not to automatically handle the "allow-deprecated-insecure-static-crypto" option. Therefore, it must be added manually in the "Advanced options" section.
