exclusion of a domain or an IP

hi there
i am trying to exculde an Ip address or a domain name from routing through the VPN Gateway.
how should i do that in the app?
i see there is a feature called IPV4 Route but idk how to set a domain/ip to go through local gateway.

Here the steps:

• Edit the VPN profile

• tap on "IPv4 routes"

• tap on + button

• select "Exclude" and set the destination

• save the changes
