Licence missing
Hi there. Im having an issue with my SSTP LIFETIME licence after I bought it it was showing on my vpn client app but then mins later it was not letting me to use SSTP saying that i gotta buy the licence again I even checked the activated licences it wasn't there too if u can help me with this issue I'll really appreciate your help

There's probably a data problem with the Google Play Store app. Try going to your Android settings, searching for the Google Play Store app, clearing the data, and restarting your device.

I already tried that still im facing the same issue its weird tho cuz my licence was working at first then after I pressed connect on my config one time it disappeared for the second time saying I gotta buy it again

No as I said when I bought the licence it was there but after second try for connecting it disappeared unfortunately I also received an email from goggle it sent me a transaction id or better i say order number

- Launch the VPN Client Pro app.
- Tap the icon in the top left.
- Tap "License".
- Start the VPN.

Here's my goggle play recent purchases you can clearly see that its showing that the payment was successful but inside the Vpn client pro App the licence its not there somehow

Did you follow all the steps I wrote above?
Can you try removing the VPN Client Pro app, restarting your device, and reinstalling it?

I did all of those steps u mentioned above and now as u said I uninstalled the app restarted my phone then installed it again still nothing

I'm very sorry,. These types of issues are usually resolved by clearing the Google Play Store app data.
At this point, if you're okay with that, I'd try canceling the order. After the refund, you can try purchasing a new license if you like...
