Hello,

There's probably a data problem with the Google Play Store app. Try going to your Android settings, searching for the Google Play Store app, clearing the data, and restarting your device.

Yes, this is strange behavior.

Try these steps:
  • Start the app
  • Tap the top left icon
  • Tap "License"
Do you see SSTP Client in the "Active licenses:" section?

If this happens, there may be a data sync issue with the Google Play Store app.

Try these steps:
  • Verify that the date and time are correct.
  • Open Android Settings.
  • Tap Apps.
  • Find and tap the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap Storage and cache.
  • Tap the Clear storage button.
  • Restart your device.
  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap the icon in the top right.
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  • Tap Budget & history.
Do you see your purchased license?
  • Launch the VPN Client Pro app.
  • Tap the icon in the top left.
  • Tap "License".
Do you see your purchased license?
  • Start the VPN.

Did you follow all the steps I wrote above?

Can you try removing the VPN Client Pro app, restarting your device, and reinstalling it?

I'm very sorry,. These types of issues are usually resolved by clearing the Google Play Store app data.
At this point, if you're okay with that, I'd try canceling the order. After the refund, you can try purchasing a new license if you like...
