Ye I received the email from Goggle just now but ig have to wait for few days so my bank can have a look and process the stuffs anyway thanks alot for your help hopefully next time it won't get buged

Np actually im thinking that probably my poor connection caused that issue ig since u know even with strong configs im getting Kbps download and upload probably my licence got buged while it was trying to verify it

In theory, the Google Play Store app should cache licenses to prevent these types of problems. You may need to wait a little while for Google Play to sync your license data.
Anyway, I sent you an email with a temporary promo code, so you can continue using the app while you wait the refund and see if there are any issues with your license. Check your email...
